When I am busy I tend to forget to eat so this morning I made an effort to start the day by making some Gluten free and sugar free Fig and Walnut scroll buns,
providing me with a healthy treat to eat during the day.
The recipe is my rather rustic throw together version of Latte Lisa's cinnamon buns.
Her recipes are delicious, I love the cinnamon buns but decided to try a different filling and added
chopped figs and walnuts. They taste good:)
