Bath Time with Marie Antoinette L'heure du bain

Marie Antoinette insisted on frequent baths in her gorgeous bathroom at Versailles,
she loved to enjoy a long, luxurious soak in a glorious fragrant herbal bath.
It is also said that she even ate her breakfast while bathing,
fully dressed in her chemise, for modesty.

This is my little amusement, a fantasy, with Marie Antoinette bathing in a profusion
of scented flowers, sharing le petit-déjeuner,
rose raspberry cream macarons of course!, with her charming swan.

New Home

Having recently moved to a new home, well not so new really, but newly renovated, in part!

I was inspired to give my little birds a stylish new home for their flying bird cage, so inspired by Versailles and the luxurious Parisian apartments.
